I design & produce standout experiences.
I am on a mission to redefine how we gather, and why.
I’m often hired as a freelance Experience Designer, Executive Producer, Creative Strategist, or Artist.
Yes, that’s left brain AND right brain :)
Work Highlights.
A few professional highlights:
During my time as the Senior Director of Events at UnitedMasters, I produced the first ever night for independent music for the GRAMMYS, in partnership with The Recording Academy. I built the events department from scratch, and helped its 1.7M artists connect with fans & brands at major cultural moments like SXSW, Art Basel, NYFW and more.
As the Experience Design Director at Good Sense, I oversaw all the creative & experience design work for the agency. During that time I produced 30+ events for Google & YouTube alone, winning many of those projects due to my ability to take YouTube’s biggest viral video content and flip it into 3D live experiences. I watched a LOT of YouTube.
I’ve worked 7 Tribeca Film Festivals (80-100 events each), including launching and leading the festival’s first ever Hub at Spring Studios for 6 years. I have purchased way more wristbands than the average person.
I design and produce audio experiences that playfully subvert social norms and invite human connection. My work has been featured in festivals, and (even more difficult to achieve) friends’ weddings. In partnership with Reset, I created one such project called The Pop-Up Playground which made 50+ stops across Toronto. It won an award from the City for its impact.
And for my greatest accomplishment… I tested all my virtual event skills by hosting a weekly zoom with my extended family (~40 uncles & aunties, average age 65) for 73 consecutive weeks over the pandemic. I learned how to program meaningful experiences with $0 budget and that human connection is a lifeline.
